Founding Pastors
Pastors Owen & Gail Moody
Owen & Gail Moody founded RHOP in 1984, starting with just 12 members. Pastor Moody has since ministered on several continents, seeing thousands come to Christ. He serves as the President of the Full Gospel Ministerial Association of America.
Young Adults Pastors
Joseph & Samantha Johnson
Joseph and Samantha have attended RHOP since 2012, and have been a part of the leadership of our young adult ministry, Pursuit, since its inception in 2016. Both have earned a Bachelor's Degree from Eastern Kentucky University. They are the proud parents of three children: Chayah, Phoenix, and Atlas.
Youth Pastors
Ryan & Darica Coates
Ryan and Darica stepped into their Pastoral role in 2020 after serving faithfully in the youth ministry and many other volunteer roles. They have two sons: Easton and Eli.

RKidz Pastors
Kenton & Kayla Hall
Kenton and Kayla serve as our Children's Pastors in our RKidz ministry, which encompasses birth through middle school. They have four children: Jaiden , Lucas, Jensen, and Jubilee.
Next Steps Pastors
Dylan & Lauren Ballard
As the grandson of our founding Pastors, Dylan has been a lifelong member of RHOP. After serving in the church for many years, he stepped into the role of Next Steps Pastor in 2020. He is the founder and owner of Ballard Moving and also works as a sports writer for A Sea of Blue.

Worship Pastors
Nick & Brittany Fields
Nick and Brittany joined the RHOP leadership in 2012 after serving as itinerant music ministers for many years, traveling across the US. Brittany is the Manager of Pharmacy Systems at White House Clinics, and Nick is an AP English teacher at North Laurel High School. His latest release, "Waymaker" (Daywind Records, Nashville) is available wherever music is streamed.
